Full-Stack Development Intern

Responsibilities

1. Platform Development & Feature Delivery Participate in building platforms for large-model data synthesis projects. Work closely with data analysts and product managers to efficiently develop and deliver functional modules.

2. Engineering Implementation & Continuous Optimization Develop and iterate on both frontend and backend modules, with a strong focus on code quality, system stability, and scalability to support rapid business growth.

3. Team Collaboration Actively contribute to technical discussions and product development, gaining hands-on experience in understanding real business requirements and driving execution in production environments.

Requirements

1. Computer Science Fundamentals & Engineering Skills Solid computer science foundation and proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language. Strong coding standards and engineering mindset. Candidates with complete project experience (coursework, personal projects, or side projects) are preferred. Experience with Next.js or Python is a plus. Candidates with both frontend and backend development experience are highly preferred. Contributions to open-source projects on GitHub are a strong bonus.

2. Learning Ability & Curiosity Strong learning capability with the ability to quickly adapt to unfamiliar tech stacks and business domains. Genuine interest in cutting-edge areas such as large language models, synthetic data, and AI agents is highly valued. Experience using AI-assisted programming tools is a plus, including but not limited to Claude Code, Codex, Kimi Code, Cursor, and Trae.

3. Self-Motivation & Ownership Strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Able to proactively take ownership of tasks, follow through to completion, and deliver high-quality results on time. Hardworking and detail-oriented, with a willingness to deeply investigate and solve challenging problems.

4. Communication & Teamwork Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across data, product, and engineering teams. Able to proactively share progress updates and communicate issues clearly.
