Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities

1. Platform Development & Ownership of Core Modules Participate in building platforms focused on large-model data synthesis. Take ownership of core modules, including solution design, development, deployment, and continuous iteration to ensure stable product delivery.

2. Full-Stack Engineering & System Optimization Develop key frontend and backend modules while focusing on code quality, system architecture, performance, stability, and scalability. Independently identify and solve complex engineering challenges.

3. AI Application Development Explore and implement technical solutions related to large language models, synthetic data, AI agents, and AI workflows, transforming cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable and reusable product features.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution Work closely with data analysts, product managers, and engineering teams to understand business goals, break down technical solutions, and drive high-quality project delivery on schedule.

5. Engineering Standards & Team Development Participate in technical reviews, code reviews, engineering standardization, and postmortem analysis of production issues to continuously improve development efficiency and delivery quality.

Requirements

1. Strong Engineering Fundamentals Solid computer science background and proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language. Strong coding standards, software design capabilities, and debugging skills.

2. End-to-End Project Experience Experience independently owning modules or complete projects, with the ability to manage the full lifecycle from requirement analysis and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

3. Full-Stack Development Skills Familiarity with both frontend and backend development workflows. Experience with technologies such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Python is preferred. Candidates with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend systems are highly valued.

4. AI-Related Practical Experience Hands-on experience or project exposure in areas such as large language models, synthetic data, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and AI coding tools is highly preferred.

5. Initiative & Ownership Strong self-motivation, accountability, and results-oriented mindset. Able to proactively identify, analyze, and solve problems without relying on constant direction.

6. Learning Agility & Abstraction Skills Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business domains. Capable of abstracting practical experience into reusable methods, components, or tools.

7. Communication & Collaboration Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to clearly communicate progress, identify risks early, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM applications, agent platforms, data platforms, automated workflows, or SaaS products.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, tech talks, or outstanding personal projects.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Kimi Code, Cursor, and Trae, and the ability to integrate them into daily development workflows.
• Experience working in startups, fast-paced product iterations, or building products from 0 to 1.
• Strong product sense and the ability to design technical solutions from a user-centric perspective rather than simply implementing requirements.
